I was privileged to have been taught by Dr Mark Hyman at the recent AFMCP by the Institute of Functional Medicine which was held in Brisbane this year. I loved his Broken Brain series and current podcasts.
I also realise that the number one cause of death in post menopausal women now is neurodegenerative diseases. I saw my late mum suffer through dementia and being helpless to stop the rate of progression. I now know better.
